The NFL retired players file a class-action complaint to be entered into the negiotations in the new labor deal

The NFL's retired community has filed a complaint against the league and its current group of players.

The retired NFL players want to be involved in the current negioations between the owners and the players, as both sides try to reach an agreement in the coming days. The retired group filed a class-action complaint against the owners and its current players in a federal court on Monday.

Hall of Famers Carl Eller, Franco Harris, Marcus Allen and Paul Krause are asking the US District Judge Susan Richard Nelson to stop the negiotations between the two sides. The retired players are arguing that the current players are not negotiationing on the behalf of the retired players.

The owners and players have met five times over the past few weeks. The league and players are trying to reach an agreement, before having to lose training camps and games, which usually start at the end of this month.
