Denver Broncos corner back Parrish Cox is expected to be in court today.
When he attends his court appearance, he is expected to enter a plea. At the hearing, he is expected to enter a "not guilty" plea.
Parrish has two very serious charges against him. He has been charged with one count of sexual assault while the victim was physically helpless and one count of sexual assault while the victim was incapable of determining the nature of the conduct.
If he is found guilty by a jury, he will face between two years and life in prison. He is currently free on $50,000 bail.
