Chris Dickerson has already been cleared to play.
It took three days for Dickerson,a New York Yankees back-up outfielder, to be cleared after suffering a concussion. Dickerson was hit in the head by a fastball that caused the concussion.
Dickerson had an impact test on Friday when he was examined by a neurologist. That same neurologist cleared him to play.
After being cleared by the doctor, those test results were sent to Major League Baseball. Major League Baseball had the final say on Dickerson’s clearance.
"I feel fine. Completely normal," Dickerson said Saturday.
