Rudolph runs impressive times at the Fighting Irish Pro Day

By Anthony Caruso III

Kyle Rudolph showed why he's regarded as the best tight end in this month's NFL draft.

Rudolph ran a forty time of 4.78 and 4.80 seconds at the Fighting Irish's Pro Day on Thursday. The times are the same as those previously posted by current Oakland Raiders tight end Zach Miller when he was coming out of Arizona State.

Miller had near the exact time as Rudolph when he was at the 2007 Pro Combine. Miller was selected with the 38th overall pick in the draft.

The Denver Broncos and Atlanta Falcons are two potential landing spots for Rudolph.
