Javarris James was arrested on Thursday night.
James was arrested for marijuana possession in Fort Myers, Florida. The charge is a misdemeanor.
The NFL cannot suspend players during the lockout, which is why a lot of players are getting in trouble. However, the NFL could still suspend the players once the new CBA comes into affect.
James was signed off of the Washington Redskins practice squad in October by the Indianapolis Colts. He scored six touchdowns, as the short-yardage back.
