Daisuke Matsuzaka has run into another problem.
Matsuzaka has left his latest start arm. He was diagnosed with right elbow tightness.
He left in the top of the 5th inning. He allowed three runs on three hits and four walks, before leaving the game.
It is not known right not how serious this latest injury is. Tim Wakefield and Alfredo Aceves are expected to replace him in the rotation.
